You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.

Items must be unused, in original condition, and with original packaging.

Due to the handmade and delicate nature of our products, custom or visibly used items are not eligible for return.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to our error or a defective item.

💸 Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund within 5 business days.

Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

❗ Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns in the following cases:

Items returned after 7 days of delivery

Used, washed, damaged, or stained items

Delays or losses caused by third-party couriers (please contact us if this happens — we’re here to support you)
